Update: I am watching the vote on CNN.
Dem Yes votes: Jones, Manchin, Donnelly, Heitkamp, McCaskill
GOP No Votes: Lee, Graham, Paul
All of the Senators in the table below EXCEPT Tester voted yes. Jones, from deep red Alabama also voted yes.
The live vote is here:
www.cnn.com/…
The Senate will vote at 10 PM on the House Bill, which should be a non-starter. At this point it doesn’t look close.
Current Predicted Vote: Yes 51 (need 60)
Here is what we know:
GOP No votes: 3, Lee, Graham (SC) and Rand. McCain is also probably a no — but he is unlikely to vote.
Dem Yes votes. 4: Jones, Manchin, Donnelly, Heitkamp.
Our idiot porn lover. I mean idiot President. Pretty clear the House Bill is going down in flames.
Democrats do NOT think this will pass, and have a caucus meeting tomorrow morning:
Status of possible Dem yes votes.

Senate votes to watch. I made this about 3 months ago, so this may be outdated.
Harris, Sanders and Merkely speak about 2 hours ago:

Per CNN at 9:54
“GOP leaders expect they’d need at least 12 Democrats to reach 60 votes on the floor. They are awaiting the results of the closed-door Senate Democratic caucus happening now to see if there is an opening.”
And this is the real problem. Getting that many Democrats may not be reconcilable with a House Bill that gets votes from the Freedom Caucus. The House was hoping the CHIP extension was going to be enough — and the Dems stood firm — to their credit. Getting 10 Democrats will require a DACA fix.
