Mazie Hirono, senator Hawaii,(presently) Colleen Hanabus,President of Hawaii Senate (at the time)Linda Lingle Governor Hawaii (at the time) Joanne Johnson city council woman (at that time)
These woman were in position of Power (At the time this violence against women act occurred) I recently wrote this letter to Mazio Hirona who's term is up in 2019.
Please allow me to give you a glimpse of the results of the decision you made to be willfully blind and deaf in 2008 when I wrote you for assistance. At that time I did not know you were aware of and part of the plot by the late Senator Daniel Inoyoue to have me raped, pillaged and harassed into suicide. My crime, I said no to the sexual advances of an Married Australian green card chef at the Ritz Carlton. Enraged he started a rumor that I was a dangerous Black Panther that wanted to free the natives, give them their land back and kill all the white people, the late Senator was happy to sooth his hurt feelings of rejection.
I am now homeless, an experienced, skilled Masters in social work, working part-time, 10 hours a week for 10.00 and hour.
At the HUD Family Life Center Shelter the director and her staff continually harassed me exploiting the other temporary homeless women, stirring up conflict between different cultures giving themselves a temporary thrill, relief from living under an Oppressive Oligarch. One courageous woman stood up and said, “no use me and my daughter fight your own battles.” She risked her and her daughters bed, on the other hand you will not risk your seat to do the job you swore on oath to serve the people of Hawaii by upholding the constitution. She deserves your seat, she earned it.
The program transitioned me to Jeanette and Harry Weinberg Homeless Resource Center, and the problem followed me because a staff member of FLC was angry that I called her on violating my confidentiality to gossip with other residents with the intent to do me harm. I don't fit the profile, the services will not resolve my problem, which is having compassion and integrity under colonialism. A institution that violates the constitution on so many levels I am currently writing a book.
The psychosocial needs of addicts, the homeless and the staff that work with them are complex and the Hawaii women in the bed next to me and two staff members continued the harassment from the FLC, Erroneously believing they are helping their friend from Molokai. For a month I was supportive as they manipulated residents not to communicate with me. They do not have the social skills to attract and maintain a relationship, which they erroneously believe will solve all of their problems and so they intimidate men and women from associating with me. One gentlemen said “I don't want to hurt someone for nothing” But of course he followed the plan, I want a relationship he finally said in frustration. “Work on yourself and the right person will show up.” Later he was in love with the women in the bed next to me, unable to say no to her intimidation.” This was not enough to get a rise out of me, plot number two. They leave a empty chair next to him in the TV room as they watched The Voice” expecting me to sit there when I entered the room. I said on no I'm not sitting here and moved the chair next to another gentlemen. We were conversing during the show when this woman got up gave him a threatening stare, so much so that he jerked and said what did I do and she left the room. I said “you are sitting next to me”. I left her case manager a voice-mail she was now completely out of control. Not taking responsibility for her own envy, jealousy greed and fear she was projecting it on to others, she was being a menace to the other residents.
Why tell you? you need a glimpse, believe me this is only a glimmer of the 8 years of constant harassment I have endured, of the damage your decision to be willfully blind and deaf has caused.
I am a 7th generation American Citizen from one of the 13 original colonies who had these constitutional rights you stripped me of before Hawaii was a state. You are an immigrant from Japan, your Bio states your mother fled an abusive husband to give her children a better life. America was a refuge for you, and you owe your seat in congress to Anita Hill who stood up to her boss at that time Clarence Thomas now a Supreme Court Justice, against sexual harassment in the work place, which gave birth to Emily's list, which supported your campaigns to be in congress and how do you repay the country that took you in and the Afro American woman who paved the way for more women in Congress, you tell me" to stop asking other congresspersons for help after you refused to help me."
The first amendment, congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
When we are in a Fear we cling tenaciously to our models of truth regardless of their relevance. Limitations Vs. Liberty The blinding forces of conditioning Vs. the liberating forces of freedom. You do not have a grasp of the essence of the constitution. Liberty and Freedom is what America is all about, colonialism is a strangling cancerous growth on this state's democracy.
How do you repay the damage your decision to be willfully blind has caused. You hand cuffed the Judicial System and Medical Systems. I was unable to receive justice or health care. My Uncle was chief of Police, the lawyers and doctors in my family that were members of the NAACP and practiced in the south when it was racially divided, I am sure have turned over in their graves many times during these last ten years. They were conservative and taught me education was the key and to petition the government in respect with grievances over time I would be heard. As a MSW I advocated and won many cases for the physically and mentally disable, until I relocated to Hawaii. Your crime is egregious, abhorrent and an absolute disgrace to the Hawaiian people you represent who's culture is built on aloha. Compassion and honesty.
The hate Caucasians and the mainland people receive rightfully belongs to you. It's the leadership that perpetuates racial division from envious, jealous people that keeps me unemployed, underemployed and homeless. You leadership is teaching the Hawaiians and the newly immigrants that they can exploit, rape, steal, kill and get away with it. A Micronesian woman recently stole my job working with a wealthy Alzheimer patient who she manipulated to let me go for no reason, the client's house is on the market, and the Micronesian is planning on getting a lump sum of money when the property sells, financial elder abuse, because she can. This is not America.
It takes courage to lead and as my story shows when you lack it you do more harm then good. You refused to listen to your collages who asked you to address this issue 8 years ago, who were appalled it was even going on, you chose to support your campaign contributors not the people you represent. You have been given so many chances to do the right thing and in denial continue to believe you deserve to lead the state of Hawaii. My story proves you wrong.
