Hillary Clinton is in trouble.
Bernie's record shows he was right on A) the changes in banking laws that caused the debacle in 2008 on Wall Street - he voted against Gramm-Leach-Blillely and the Commodities Futures Midernization Act, B) he voted against the Iraq war, C) he voted against the Wall Street bailout and TARP -a necessary evil that should have never been necessary and that vote will win him Occupy and part of the Tea Party.
Bernie doesn't need ALL OF THE MONEY, just enough because of the problem of the inverted U curve. There are points when not having enough money hurts you and there is a point where having too much money doesn't help you. It is the problem of diminishing returns and Hillary having to explain where her money comes from hurts her.
In a competition between Coke and Pepsi, the two person race, people's baggage and the brand value matter. Bernie doesn't have nearly the baggage that comes with the Clinton Brand, yes Clinton is Coke with the name recognition today, and Bernie is hardly Pepsi, maybe Dr. Pepper, but if Coke had to compete with Dr. Pepper and there was no Pepsi, Who wins?
You all were thinking it too, yup Coke is the old safe bet, but Dr. Pepper tastes a hell of a lot better, and it has been around, it has proven itself, but there is too much noise for it to beat Coke or Pepsi, but what if there was no Pepsi or no Coke and the choice was between Dr. Pepper and only one of the two. You really don't want to be the big behemoth in that competition.
For the first time in 20 years more Americans call themselves Liberal than call themselves Conservative.
That is a problem for a DLC Democrat facing a Democratic Socialist.
If there is only one anti-Clinton, Bernie gets a bounce from that alone, but the thing is that record and what he is saying gets him a bigger bounce with more Americans self-identifying as Liberal.
More Americans are self-identifying as Liberals today than at any time in my life, and only one candidate has a record of fighting for liberal ideas and a slate of liberal ideas he is championing with this campaign.
The Clinton Billionaires better find their also rans because if they don't Bernie Sanders WILL BE the next President of the United States of America.
Let me say that again, in a two person race for the Democratic Party's nomination, Bernie Sanders will be the next President of the United States of America.
Americans love a candidate who says exactly what they think, clearly, without hesitation, and without equivocation. That is Bernie. In a two person race, Hillary loses.
The billionaires supporting Hillary need to get the super pacs set up for their Democratic also rans or on January 20, 2017 Bernie Sanders will be taking the oath of office to become President of the United States of America.
