All I had of this was spent in the Netherlands...
Yesterday was a pretty horrible day for me. I found out that my bank account had been cleaned out, not only cleaned out, overdrawn and in the negative. Now I did not spend the week in Vegas living it up and pissing away my hard earned money. Nope, my debit card number was hacked/stolen. Now I did not shop at Target during their breach; so I do not know how or when this happened (Unless Target has not been completely honest about when they were hacked).
What started this all was small $12.96 charge to company I never heard of, BLS Weblearn. They are based in Malta. They evidently used that charge to see if my card number worked. After that - well, someone had a great time in the Netherlands.
My Credit Union should have me back to normal within a week - but as a warning to all of you check your account daily if you can. If you see BLS Weblearn on your statement cancel your Debit/Credit card immediately! You do not want to go through this - trust me, it puts you in panic mode when your lender calls you to tell you your mortgage payment bounced.
As a side note - the only company that refused to work with me until I got my finances straightened out was my student loan company. American Educational Services - You can suck an egg!
